Reblog as much as you like. Just don’t make a tumblr specifically for reblogging contests and such. That is spam and won’t be counted.

I am using this to assign each reblog a number and then this to pick randomly. They will be announced as soon as I have them. I don’t know how long it’s going to take. I’ve already decided to give about a week before moving on to another person.

I don’t care, as long as it’s not an empty blog, like you made it just for reblogging contest things, which has happened a few times already. That’s spam, cheating, and annoying. But if it’s a regular blog you actually use, then it’s fine.
